Dear Neighbors,
The blogosphere is a great place to share thoughts and ideas and get a conversation going with regard to the things that we share in common. We won't always agree on everything, but as a Board member, I want to be able to base my decisions on what I believe most people want as well as is it the best thing for the Association both from a fiscal and legal standpoint and will it maintain or add value and integrity to our property. That is why I want to hear from you. I am hoping that we can get constructive intercourse about what matters to us most and even stay friendly while doing it.
So let's get started, neighbors, at The Grand Coquina. Share your thoughts. I will try to include a "fair and balanced" survey every so often about discussions that are going on where your opinions will be very helpful in the decision-making so don't be shy. Vote!
See ya at the pool.

I hope many of you will use this site as a place to give your opinions, bring up topics and concerns and to say thank you to the many people that make our home so very wonderful. It would be helpful if you leave your full name also so that other unit owners can know who is commenting. So many times your board needs feedback in order to know how best to move on projects. This is a great public way for you to give feedback, especially if you are unable to attend board meetings. I look forward to reading all of your comments and ideas, and I'm sure the board does also.

Dear Randee, Please let me know how long a comment stays in your blog. Do all comments stay the same time or do you sort them out by good ones and bad ones?
Dear Anonymous,
Comments last as long as the blog is active. They will be archived but are accessible to anyone. I have never deleted a comment. I would only do so if it contained inappropriate language or links to inappropriate web sites.
Thanks for your comment,
Randee
Randee I love your blog. I did post a comment but it did not get on the comment sheet. I believe that we need to use all assets to our advantage. The roof relay antennas and the Owner's Unit must be income we use to make the GC better. I said I am 60 year's old and do not want to wait to get the perks any longer that my own kids think are the usual. It is my turn now to have it all so let us tile the floors and use all the income we can generate at the GC without tapping the owners to make sure all us old and young folks have all the advantages. Thanks for all you do Randee. My son bought a house that needs work so Camp Grandma needs to function in Ct for another year. Now my 2 kids are married, own house that hopefully will have flushing toilets soon, and the GC had to be put off for another year but the kids have been told that Mom and Dad will have to be a toll call away soon. They infrmed me that cell phones don't have toll charges but they do have off switches....Jan Wolf
